The Dll-160 series of Mult-purpose Automatic double-aluminium foil packing machine is designed innovative encompassing mechanical electrical optical and pneumatic elements, it adopts stainless and carries of GMP standard, the main features of this seriesare is suitable layout,advanced design and steel of operation.
Using a variable speed controller the operating procedure can be customized by the user(the size of the cut can be adjusted with a width reaching 160mm),the machines are equipped with a vibrating material feeder with ophotoelectric monitoring device attached they are capable of automatic-ally tilling heat sealing line cutting batch number caballing and cutting at high speed.
The machine is suitable for encapsulation of tablets and capsules for
the pharmaceutical industry and packaging of electronic components.
The packaged products can be sealed tightly to avoid light so that its
period of validity prolongs. It can also enhance product quality.
